Refund Policies

|
Course Materials
* Customer's original cash register receipt is required for all refunds or exchanges.
* The original barcode must be on the book returned.
* Textbook must be in purchased condition. New books should not be marked.
* Full refunds will be made on textbooks during the first 10 class days (full summer session - five days).
Textbooks purchased after the refund period are non-refundable.
* New books returned within the above time limits must be salable as new books. Shrink-wrap must be intact, all parts of package present, seals on software unbroken, barcode attached.
* Defective books must be returned for replacement as soon as possible.
Other Merchandise (other than course materials)
* All other merchandise must be returned within ten days of the date of purchase with the price tag on the merchandise and accompanied by the customer's original cash register receipt.
* Merchandise must be clean and salable as new in original packaging.
* No refunds will be given on software, study aids, review guides, special orders and testing materials.
* No refunds are allowed on calculators purchased during the last two weeks of each semester.
* All other refunds or exchanges will be handled at the discretion of store management.
MANAGEMENT HAS THE RIGHT AND THE RESPONSIBILITY TO PREVENT ABUSE OF THE REFUND POLICY

Buyback Policy
|

* University Bookstore will pay up to 50% of purchase price for books that are required and needed for the following semester (subject to bookstore's stock on hand).
* Student ID is required at time of buyback transaction.
* Books must be in reusable condition.
* Wholesale service is available for textbooks no longer required by University Bookstore. (Prices are not established by the bookstore.)
All buybacks will be handled at the discretion of bookstore management.
