Online Text Order

If used books are preferred, online orders will be filled with used books until used-book supplies are exhausted, at which time orders will be filled with new books. If there are only new books available (e.g., new editions, packages, instructor request, or workbook materials), orders will be filled with new books. Occasionally, only used books are available; in such cases, when new books are preferred, we will fill the order with the cleanest used books we have in stock at that time.

Shipping costs will more than likely be less than the calculated cost on the online ordering screen. Due to the limitations of our system, each book has a pre-calculated shipping cost attached to it, but we only charge the actual shipping from the warehouse to your shipping address.

Online orders are billed to the credit card number provided by the customer when the books are pulled and the order is processed, not when the order is submitted online nor when the books are picked up. Online orders cannot be pulled or processed without the credit card being billed.

All orders will be filled as soon as possible. Most orders will be processed and shipped within 72 hours from the time they are downloaded (orders are downloaded each morning, usually by 10 a.m.), although this processing time can - and will - lengthen as the beginning of the semester approaches. If there is a problem fulfilling an order in a timely fashion (out of stock, not yet arrived, etc.), you will receive an e-mail detailing the problem and requesting further instructions. Please be aware that due to the necessity of waiting until most of our book shipments have arrived for a particular semester, many early orders will not ship until a semester start date is only 10-14 days away. Fall Textbook Reservations

The deadline for placing Fall textbook reservations is Saturday, August 15th at 5 pm.  Fall textbook reservations will be available for pickup beginning on Saturday, August 22nd, according to the pickup schedule below.  Fall textbook reservations will not be available for pickup before Saturday, August 22nd.

Beginning on Saturday, August 22, you may come to the 3rd level doors of the bookstore to retrieve your reserved textbooks at your scheduled time. We are located on campus in the LBJ Student Center. We are owned by the university and we are NOT located off campus nor are we a part of any off-campus bookstore.
Please adhere to the time schedule indicated for the first letter of your last name so that we can keep the line to a minimum and serve you better.

Your designated pickup time is shown on the schedule at right according to the first letter of your last name. After Tuesday, August 25, books can be picked up at this location from 9 am-7 pm, Wednesday, August 26, through Thursday, August 27, and from 8am - 4pm on Friday, August 28. If books are not picked up by Friday, August 28, the books will be re-shelved and a $20 charge for handling the order will be placed on the account after a credit for the purchase is given.
