We appreciate your interest in University Bookstore. This bookstore is owned by Texas State University and is here to serve the students, faculty & staff of the Texas State community. Therefore, all donations are restricted to those that benefit Texas State organizations, departments and entities. 

University Bookstore donates to registered Texas State organizations and departments throughout the semester. You must fill out the donation request form and return at least 1 week prior to your required date. You will be contacted by a bookstore representative as to the status of your request. 

If you are not a registered student organization, but otherwise affiliated with Texas State University, please send a detailed e-mail to Lauren Williams, General Merchandise Manager, describing the event or cause along with the donation request form. Please allow at least one week for a reply.

If you are not affiliated with Texas State University, we apologize for not being able to help and we wish you success with your event/project.
