The following information applies to all orders:

All orders are shipped via UPS Ground.

A street address is required for delivery, No PO Boxes.

Merchandise will be delivered standard ground transportation, which takes 2-3 business days within Texas. You may request express delivery for an additional charge.Processing orders during back-to school rush & holidays will take longer. See on-line textbook ordering page for details.Delivery times do not include processing time.

Orders received after 2 p.m. CST on Friday may not be processed until the following Monday.

Your order will be charged to your credit card at the time of purchase. The webstore accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

International Orders
For orders shipped outside the United States, actual charges will be billed separately to your payment method. Tariffs and duty fees are the responsibility of the customer placing the order and are not included in the shipping charges. Please contact the bookstore for shipping outside the U.S.

Backorders
Textbooks or merchandise unavailable at the time your order was placed WILL NOT BE BACKORDERED. If you are missing any books or merchandise, then we did not have them when the order was pulled. You have ONLY been charged for the merchandised you have received. Please reorder if necessary. 

*We reserve the right to cancel backordered items based on product availability.

Special Delivery Items
For special delivery orders you should receive a phone call or email from customer service. If you have any questions, please call 1-877-884-3338. Tariffs and duty fees are the responsibility of the customer placing the order and are not included in the shipping charges.

NOTE
Some products may require special handling due to size, weight, and insured value, which may result in a higher shipping charge than originally quoted. You will be contacted by customer service if additional charges apply.

SHIPPING RATES

The following rates (rates are subject to change) apply to your order.

Textbooks & Merchandise: A flat rate of $10.00 in the U.S. for all orders with the exception of oversized objects. If the item(s) of your choosing is oversized you will be contacted by customer service and informed of any additional charges.

Order Status Codes

RDPK - Order is Processing
PICK - Order is in process, Textbook/Merchandise is being pulled

RDSH - Prepared for Shipping
CLSD - Order has been Shipped
XSCS - Textbook Substitution has been selected and the Textbook will be either New or Used.
XUTL – Cancelled by Customer

XMIN - Item was not available when being picked, put on a new shipment.
XCCC - Credit cancel - Order Fulfillment Representative talked to customer who elected to cancel by phone.
XCLS - Credit cancel – email sent - no reply
